Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to drive business growth and expansion in our key markets. As a member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall objectives.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales leadership and customer relationship management. You will lead a high-performing team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market presence.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences while developing strategic plans to meet their evolving requirements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) matching program, and paid time off.
