Chief Revenue Management Officer

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Management Officer to lead our Sales and go-to-market teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive revenue growth through process improvement, technology implementation, and capability development.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing. You will manage cross-functional relationships with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance to execute QTC processes effectively.
You will also be responsible for delivering timely and accurate sales support in each sales territory (APAC, US, EMEA), enabling efficient turnaround of responses to requests for proposal, and managing customer portals.
Additionally, you will design and coordinate programmatic training for the Sales organisation, develop frameworks for coaching and feedback, and equip the GTM team with systems and tools needed to succeed.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA beneficial but not required
- 10+ years experience leading layered teams in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
- Functional knowledge spanning quote-to-cash, field operations, territory management, sales compensation, and sales technology
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce
- Domain experience in Aerospace, Defence, Surveying, Autonomous vehicles/robotics, and Maritime/subsea markets highly beneficial
