
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support professional to join our team in Adelaide. This entry-level position involves supporting a busy team with strong team culture and learning opportunities.
- You will be the main point of contact for all administrative requirements, acting as the first line of support for clients and colleagues alike.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include efficient and accurate data entry, updating our Claims Management System as required, and navigating multiple internal systems to source information.
- You will provide clear and concise written and verbal communication, answering incoming calls and responding to queries via telephone and email.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you will build rapport and maintain relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.
- You will also be responsible for archiving files, retrieving documents on request, and supporting the Crawford TPA team through general administration and payments.
We are looking for someone with confident communication skills, able to convey important information clearly through verbal and written mediums. You should have the ability to prioritise urgent tasks, possess a can-do attitude with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a process-driven approach.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment, you will assist fellow team members, share information, and support the team to achieve its targets.
- No prior administration experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status is mandatory, and consent to a national police check is required.
