General Manager Falls Creek - Alpine Resort

Job Summary

Alpine Resorts Victoria seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead the successful operation of one of its six Victorian resorts. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of services and assets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and ManagementStrategically lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality services, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting stakeholder engagement.
  • Operational ExcellenceOversee the successful operation of resort assets, developing and implementing strategies to enhance visitor experiences, drive tourism growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, investors, and government agencies, to promote the resort's interests and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience and SkillsProven track record of executive-level experience in complex environments, with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education and CertificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in business, management, or a related field.
