Job Title: General Manager

Job Description:

The successful General Manager will lead a team to ensure the operation of diverse services throughout the year, delivering high-quality services to visitors and locals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with a depth of experience working at an executive level in a complex environment.
  • Strategic horsepower to develop tourism and investment initiatives that generate visitation and yield amongst current and emerging markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and people skills to develop and maintain key relationships.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive culture for a diverse, seasonal workforce.
