Executive Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead the success of our resorts. As an Executive Leader, you will oversee a broad portfolio of assets and operations, driving high-quality services across diverse services.

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to make a lasting impact in a complex environment. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver successful operations across various services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to ensure seamless operation of diverse services all year round
  2. Drive thriving operations in customer service, environmental services, assets, ski patrol, childcare, marketing, and events
  3. Oversee a broad asset base and operations to deliver high-quality services

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills combined with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional engagement.
