This role is part of the Mortgages Tribe, which drives the end-to-end performance of the mortgages business through strategy development and cross-functional execution. As a Customer Journey Expert, you will be responsible for building a deep understanding of the ESG home retrofitting and high-quality home buying ecosystem.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring mortgage products and journeys align with the ESG strategy. You will also support the broader ESG mortgage team in developing strategic partnerships and building out journeys across diverse stakeholder groups.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the lending and ESG space. This will involve developing analytical capability and monitoring mortgage portfolios' financial and contribution to net-zero pathways by bringing together traditional and new data sources.
