Job DescriptionThe Customer Success Coordinator will support customers through their home-buying journey, managing multiple work streams, liaising with partners and lenders, and ensuring exceptional service.
- Process tasks across the property purchase journey.
- Liaise with partners and lenders.
- Manage our support inbox.
- Process tasks within agreed turnaround times.
- Ensure consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.
Experience in customer service, administration, and operational support is required. Prioritisation and planning skills are essential for managing work volume. Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes and information are also necessary.
