As a Sales Consultant for our Home Buying service, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients referred by our mortgage brokers and marketing team. Your key objective will be to convert these warm, pre-qualified leads into committed buyers through consultative selling.

Working closely with our Buyer's Agent team ensures a seamless transition for clients post-sign-up. To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Expertise in selling high-value products and services, preferably in real estate, mortgage broking, or related fields.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian property landscape and its associated challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients in emotionally charged situations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Conducting structured discovery and strategy calls with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Guiding clients through the benefits of using a Buyer's Agent and addressing any objections they may have.
  3. Securing upfront payments and transferring warm clients to our Buyer's Agent team.
  4. Managing client relationships and pipeline using CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
