Territory Managers play a vital role in driving growth and making a real impact in a booming industry.
This is a client-facing role where you'll be out on the road, actively growing our footprint and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach and in-person engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to deliver tailored waste solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans to support revenue growth in the Construction and Demolition sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to your clients.
- Maintain a healthy and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, tracking leads and managing opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to support business planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Territory Manager/Business Development Manager or similar B2B sales role.
- Natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-focused mindset and drive to exceed sales targets.
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
