Job Title: Concessions Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Concessions Leader to spearhead our concession team at MYER Carindale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a passionate team, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales revenue.
  • Becoming certified in fitting guidance to provide expert advice and empower women to feel confident and comfortable in their lingerie.
  • Representing the company's vision and values, helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life.
  • Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Implementing visual merchandising standards within the MYER store to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance and make informed business decisions.
  • Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level.

Requirements:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in retail leadership, customer experience, and sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
