
Automotive Sales and Customer Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our target customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow their share of spend with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, leveraging our CRM platform and best-in-class promotional activity.
- Understand customer needs, proactively solve problems, and identify areas for growth.
- Work closely with Channel Managers and Store Managers to achieve sales and gross margin targets.
Requirements:
- Interest in the automotive industry and/or sales and/or customer management experience (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work towards achieving KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and a valid Australian driver's license is required.
- A passion for all things automotive.

Job RequirementsThis role requires:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
