Insurance Specialist – Claims Administration

Gallagher, a global leader in insurance broking, risk management and consulting, seeks an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Broker Assistant – Insolvency, you will provide administrative assistance support to the National Manager - MIS, Insolvency and Turnaround.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals
- Maintain data entry and follow-ups
- Provide high-level customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key partners
- Assist in overall account management and debtor management
- Seek opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies
You will work closely with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure processes and information are accurately prepared. Your role will involve gathering relevant client information and monitoring key issues to provide assistance to brokers.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in insurance, preferably domestic risks and insurance activities/trends
- Tier 1 or 2 qualification
- Strong computer literacy and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
