After Hours Nurse Manager


Overview:

This position is open for an experienced After-Hours Nurse Manager to join our management team in Broken Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a skilled team of nurses and midwives to achieve exceptional health outcomes for vulnerable communities in NSW.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the effective delivery of services and improve culture and service standards.
  • Ensure sustainable access to healthcare and collaborate with other professionals.
  • Work autonomously in a smaller rural health facility and enhance your skills.
