Job Title: Mental Health Services Manager

This is a challenging role that requires the provision of mental health drug and alcohol services to local communities in a rural setting.

  • The manager will be responsible for operational management, leadership, and clinical governance within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership of clinical services in mental health drug and alcohol services.
  • Operational management including day-to-day requirements, management experience, and responsibility.
  • Developing and leading the capability and capacity of a team.
  • Organisational skills, change management, and flexible work practices.
  • Human Resource management, performance improvement, and knowledge of clinical governance frameworks.
