As a Key Account Manager at Givaudan, you will play a crucial role in developing current business and identifying new opportunities. You will secure project briefs, develop excellent internal client relationships, and drive sales performance to achieve targets. Your responsibilities will include managing key customer accounts, securing project briefs, and undertaking regular customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues and complaints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive for results: Deliver sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Work against the annual budget planned to achieve new wins.
  • New products introduction.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast with the planning team.
  • Monthly reporting and presenting of new wins.

Customer Experience:
  • Manage the key customer accounts as allocated and defined in the Key Account List.
  • Secure project briefs by encouraging customer relationships by understanding customer's business and marketing strategies.
  • Undertake regular customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues and complaints.

Account Management:
  • Maintain Project briefs in Atlas.
  • Proactive presentations for potential customers.
  • Regular Data maintenance.
  • Follow up on the customer payments.
  • Monitor competitor movements and marketplace dynamics ensuring information is communicated with important company partners.

Main Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in food or related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business or any relevant area.
