  • Provide expert guidance and advice to all areas of our business and foster effective union relationships.
  • Co-design a negotiation strategy and roadmap with leaders.
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement planning, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Manage external matters and representation at hearings.
  • Develop effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations.
