Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-impact cultural uplift initiative as part of a broader multi-year strategic agenda.

This role will support the rollout of a refreshed organisational values framework and help embed values-led behaviours across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a values framework from planning through to implementation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project activity including scheduling resourcing communications and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with senior executives and program leadership to align project outcomes with broader cultural and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate activities across business areas to embed values into daily operations change initiatives and leadership practices.
  • Support the integration of values into people culture and communication programs to drive behavioural alignment.
  • Maintain oversight of milestones risks and interdependencies and provide clear reporting to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering people-focused projects within complex environments ideally involving culture values or organisational change.

You will be confident engaging at all levels and driving change delivery in evolving environments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

A deep understanding of organisational development and change management principles is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also have a track record of delivering results-driven projects that meet business objectives.

Additionally they will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Proficiency in project management tools and software is highly desirable.
