Job Opportunity: Organisational Change Specialist

The Organisational Change Manager will develop and deliver program-related change, engagement and business readiness plans for Digital Services initiatives; lead the development and delivery of change plans focused on delivering outcomes and benefits at the program level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors.
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
  • Create specific change management plans, including training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit, working closely with resources to deliver business readiness activities, transition activities and support, training analysis & planning and co-ordinating activities, supporting implementation and embedding activities during hypercare.
  • Work with project teams to develop and deliver project artefacts that support change management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and relevant business executives to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in organisational change management with proven track record of developing and delivering successful change management programmes.
