Organisational Design Specialist Role

This is an opportunity to lead and deliver workforce strategy projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex client challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and achieve project outcomes in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations; build client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for EY contributions.

At Manager Level:

  • Manage client relationships, lead project teams, and own solution design from end to end.

Requirements:

  • Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Proactive communication skills; professional or internal consulting experience is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
