This role entails leading the Organisational Capability & Leadership Development portfolio, designing and delivering initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
About the Role- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leaders to research, design, implement, and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth through workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs.
- Evaluate impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Leverage expertise in leadership development, organisational capability building, and facilitation to drive sustainable change.
- Prioritise stakeholder engagement and effective communication to inspire confidence and commitment.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and genuine passion for developing people and organisations.
