Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Site Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating weighbridge operations, administering selected tasks, and providing necessary assistance to the Site Manager.

  • Maintain and supervise traffic control to ensure smooth operation of the weighbridge
  • Operate Weighbridge Auto System Interface (WASI software) for commodity receival
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry to maintain Grower Data Integrity
  • Perform all other duties as per Weighbridge Manual

The ideal candidate will possess great customer service and administration skills, with a broad knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Suite. They should also have attention to detail, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and adapting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing point of contact for general information or escalation of matters to the Site Manager
  • Providing induction to new team members when required
  • Auditing modules yard and ensuring module location integrity
  • Operating appropriate machinery to assist with loading or movement of cotton bales (where applicable)
  • Maintaining group communication channels and issuing communications as directed by the Site Manager
