We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe operation of all areas under their control.

The role requires a mechanical background or trade experience, with the ability to identify and implement best practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative when required.

Key responsibilities include gin operation and safety, maintaining the physical appearance of the site, and monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment to the highest standard. Employee supervision and work permits are also a key part of this role.
