About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member and contribute to the growth of our APAC team.

As an Implementation Manager, you will work with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products.

You will leverage deep domain expertise and partner with customers to deliver a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and implement Rippling's global products
  • Develop and manage customer expectations, de-escalating concerns effectively
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption, enabling customers to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products
  • Live and breathe Rippling's company values

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Australian-based payroll and HR/Finance domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements
  • Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple external stakeholders and identify internal and external blockers
