We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team between Yatala and Sumner Park. This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same - from supplier and contract management to monitoring deliveries and accounts, you'll have a hand in every part of the process.

This role sits at the centre of our operations, connecting clients, suppliers, and the internal team. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop into a future leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Sales Manager
  • Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee accounts: invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries.
  • Maintain compliance records (insurance, registrations, licences).
  • Build strong client and supplier relationships by:
  • Acting as a trusted, responsive contact building strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Resolving issues proactively and keeping projects on track and developing long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination, contracts administration, or a similar role (construction, engineering, or equipment hire experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to ERP/CRM systems beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commercial mindset - confident in contracts, accounts, and supplier dealings.
  • A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
