As a seasoned Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale reservoir infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to guide clients, team members, and subcontractors in executing projects successfully.
  • Effectively manage project finances, risk, quality, and reporting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead all aspects of project execution from planning through to completion, guaranteeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee reservoir rehabilitation works, ensuring full compliance with relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS/NZS 5131, AS 1562.1, AS 4100).
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews, fostering a collaborative and productive site environment.
  • Maintain the highest levels of safety and environmental compliance.
  • Interfacing with stakeholders including engineers, regulators, and client representatives to ensure clear communication and transparent progress updates.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 7+ years of experience in project coordination. They must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, possess demonstrable experience in all 5 project life cycle aspects (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closure), and be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
