Key Responsibilities

Coordinate design development, procurement and subcontractor packages to ensure timely project delivery. Drive program management, project planning and reporting to maintain project momentum.

  • Support site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with consultants, authorities and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.

Additionally:

  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, cost tracking and contract management to optimize project returns.
About the Role

This is a key position requiring high-level expertise and experience in construction management.

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar is required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role is essential.
  • Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects is highly regarded.
