Strategic Client Partner Opportunity

Closely collaborate with franchise clients to provide data-driven insights and actionable pricing recommendations, utilizing revenue management methodologies to explore consumer purchase decisions at various levels. Share these insights with franchisees and their management teams.

Working in Partnership

Part of the Consulting Services team based in Sydney, Australia, reporting to the Sr. Director of Consulting Services. Manage multiple franchise accounts, establishing strong relationships with key corporate clients, and engaging with senior personnel to discuss pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage franchise accounts and build relationships with key corporate contacts.
  • Create reports, presentations, and analyses in collaboration with your team.
  • Present insights and recommendations to corporate contacts and franchisees.
  • Facilitate pricing best practices, provide training on pricing tools, and support franchisees with queries and ad-hoc requests.
  • Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to ensure understanding and adherence to revenue management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in key account management, analytics, consulting, consumer research, or revenue management.
  • Proficiency in management information systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with strong communication at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, storytelling, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
