Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Claims Professional to support our clients throughout the claims journey. This role involves end-to-end management of motor claims, ensuring seamless communication and successful outcomes.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Clients' Advocate. You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claims resolution.
  • Contribute to claims reporting and dispute resolution processes.
  • Working closely with Account Managers to provide proactive support to clients throughout the claims process.
