Job Title: Catastrophe Claims Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled catastrophe claims specialist to provide support to those affected by recent weather events in QLD.

  • Manage a portfolio of property claims, ensuring timely and effective repair coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, external providers, and recovery specialists.
  • Negotiate and settle claims while maintaining control over costs and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review adjusters' reports and maintain accurate database management.

About the Role

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Availability to start within the next 2-3 weeks.
  • Ability to handle diverse client interactions.
  • Experience managing property insurance claims or similar.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
