About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our VIC Health Sector sales team. This role will focus on nurturing existing relationships and winning new logos, working closely with our aligned vendors to create opportunities across a broad array of GTM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, foster lasting customer relationships, and shape the future success of our business.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Work with pre-sales engineering teams to understand customer requirements and turn them into solutions within our go-to-market portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate and secure the best possible pricing and solutions for each opportunity, optimising value for customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years selling complex IT solutions, ideally in the integrator space.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
