Leadership Role in Recoveries

This pivotal leadership position oversees a team of specialists to achieve high standards in claims settlements, maximise revenue recovery, and minimise write-off values. The role is responsible for delivering results in the most efficient and effective manner.

  • Lead and develop a team to achieve agreed performance targets and deliver exceptional claims settlement outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and quality checks to provide constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and relationships with insurers.
  • Manage team productivity, timekeeping, leave, and performance data to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide training and resources for Claims and Recoveries teams.
  • Analyse and report on team performance, case law developments, and operational trends to senior management.
  • Approve settlements, recovery rates, task extensions, and other key decisions within delegation authority.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
