The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing recoveries team, maximising revenue recovery and driving operational excellence. As a strategic leader, you will oversee and develop a team of recoveries specialists to achieve high standards in claims settlements.
Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring and coaching a team of recoveries specialists to achieve agreed KPIs and deliver exceptional claims settlement outcomes. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and quality checks, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
You will also drive process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and insurer relationships. Manage team productivity, timekeeping, leave and performance data, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience within the insurance industry (advantageous). Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams are essential. Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as excellent numeracy, literacy and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, integrity and a results-driven mindset are key attributes for this position.
