We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Secure Parking, the largest commercial car park operator in Australia. Our ambassadors are the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers, clients, and staff members.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming experience for our patrons. Your friendly and approachable nature will make all the difference in our customers' journeys.

The RoleWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of presentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
