Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will report to a supportive Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product education, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders via phone and email efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate shipping and order ETA's to ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate logistics and distribution requirements to meet customer needs
  • Offer support and educate existing customers on our products and services
  • Chase up overdue invoices and conduct supply audits to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner to effectively engage with customers
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to manage tasks and data efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Salary and Benefits
