Regional Sales Manager

This is a key position within our National Sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and profit maximization for Cyclone Rural Products in regional NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the rural market and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products in regional NSW
- Maintain and improve relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth
- Develop and implement regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment
- Achieve regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices
- Provide market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to the National Sales Manager
- Manage regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities
- Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process
- A rural background, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of rural customers
- Familiarity with wire products, their processes, and industry standards is a plus
- A passion for achieving targets and personal development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to both individuals and groups
- A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving challenges
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for success
