Senior Project Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement end-to-end bid strategies, ensuring timely submission of bids that meet client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in bid coordination or project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
A natural problem-solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues and driving results.
Possess a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
