The Opportunity We're looking for a Marketing and Bid Lead to join our high-performing national team.
You'll partner closely with Industry Leads, senior stakeholders, bid managers and subject matter experts facilitating the overall bidding process, including positioning and coaching the business on all critical bids.
Collaborate with industry leaders to develop messaging and pursuit strategies for key bids and proposals Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive growth in priority accounts Provide initial strategy guidance to the bid team for tender submission including key messages, themes and submission layout Editing and proof reading tender and bid documentation before submission Consolidate bids and opportunities tracking and reporting Assist the Bid Manager with development of collateral and bid material processes to ease bid effort Provide coaching, tools and guidance for effective bid preparation and management Conduct market and client research to uncover insights that inform strategy Facilitate capture planning sessions to shape winning approaches to key pursuits About You 5+ years' experience in a B2 B marketing or communications role within professional services Proven success in bid management and content development for major proposals Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas Commercially savvy with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders Collaborative mindset with excellent planning and project coordination skills Curious and solutions-focused—you enjoy unpacking challenges and identifying opportunities Confident in deadline-driven environments and capable of juggling multiple priorities Experience or interest in the spatial industry is highly regarded Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related discipline Our Culture At Veris we value providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
