Job Summary

This is a critical business role that supports the growth of a well-established region and reports to the Sales Director. The role is responsible for the success of our operations in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer relationships, identify and foster new ones
  • Support, educate and enhance end-user product experience in-store and on-farm
  • Drive business growth within the Western QLD territory across our product range
  • Proactively manage rural retail outlets and relationships
  • Build relationships with farmers in the community, conduct on-farm visits and provide solutions

Requirements

The successful candidate will be ambitious, relationship-driven, resilient, competitive and motivated. Key desirables include:

  • Livestock production experience or relevant sales background
  • A high level of organisation and computer literacy with a confident approach to learning new products and technologies
  • The ability and desire to travel and work autonomously
  • A clear demonstrated ability to form lasting relationships in the livestock production sector
