Job Title: Regional Collaboration Manager

Description:

About the Role:

  • This part-time role is based in Toowoomba, working on projects that drive rural investment, social and economic development, and growth in Queensland communities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for regional Queensland and be ready to help drive collaboration that leads to real outcomes.
  • You'll work on complex project landscapes, guiding teams through challenging environments to deliver shared outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting briefings for upcoming submissions, guiding workplans aligned to government goals, and reviewing intelligence to shape strategic decision making.
  • Building relationships with Regional Networks, providing expert support to strengthen leadership and drive meaningful collaboration.
  • Helping turn innovative ideas into real-world initiatives by guiding teams through complex project landscapes.
