We are seeking a leader who will drive our regional business forward. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of business bankers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen and credit understanding with a focus on risk management
  • A passion for developing a strong personal brand and becoming a leader in the community
  • Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness or sales leadership experience outside of the banking sector
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
