Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of our business customer portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage relationships with assigned customers within their portfolio tier.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to client queries.
  • Extract and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other complex financial reports to provide accurate assessments.
  • Identify acceptable lending risk levels and maximize profit from each transaction.
  • Contribute to a culture of risk management aligned with our organization's values.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues related to your role responsibilities.
  • Comply with complaint resolution processes to resolve matters professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a 'one team' approach.
  • Contribute to creating a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture, meeting safety compliance requirements.
  • Engage in initiatives to continuously build skills, knowledge, and capability.

Requirements: A genuine desire to live and work regionally, demonstrated experience in customer base growth and retention, strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, financial skills, and planning and organizing skills are required for this role.
