CatholicCare's Permanency Support Program is expanding, and we're seeking passionate Leaders to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team as a Therapeutic House Supervisor.

This role involves leading and coordinating daily operations of a therapeutic residential home in Sydney Metro region, mentoring and coaching Youth Workers, managing budgets and compliance with child protection standards, advocating for the rights and well-being of children and young people, and collaborating with a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.

To succeed, you'll need a degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Welfare, at least 3 years' experience working with vulnerable children and young people, and at least 2 years of team leadership experience in a care setting. You must also have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child protection and crisis management, along with current Working with Children and Criminal History Checks.
