Therapeutic Residential Care Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Residential Care Coordinator to lead our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality therapeutic residential care and casework services that support children, young people, and their families within a trauma-informed practice framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to ITC House Managers and Caseworkers in delivering therapeutic residential care and casework services.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, community services, and other organizations to improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic routines for each ITC Home in consultation with Therapeutic Specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and practice frameworks; relevant legislation; and OOHC standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
