Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Therapeutic Residential Worker. This position presents an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in transitional care placements.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy. As a Therapeutic Residential Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care, supervision, and support to children and young people in our residential care settings.

  • Providing direct care and supervision to children and young people in residential care
  • Implementing and following individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each child or young person
  • Planning and engaging children and young people in purposeful activities that promote independence and life skills development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
