Key Role in Strategic HR

This role plays a critical part in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

The Senior Manager, Human Resources will lead and deliver key labour and industrial relations projects, manage enterprise bargaining agreements, and build strong relationships with trade unions, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include providing expert interpretation of modern awards, employment contracts, and HR policies, advising management on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in labour relations, including enterprise bargaining and dispute resolution, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in HR technology platforms and understanding of AI's role in HR is advantageous.

Industry experience in aviation or transport is beneficial but not essential.
