The role of Transport Operations Manager is a critical position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of transport services to our clients and stakeholders.

This position requires a high level of management expertise, including the ability to manage client relationships, lead vendor engagements, and drive all aspects of service line operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, stakeholder engagement, and fleet management. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with budget management and software applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful Transport Operations Manager will be based in Sydney CBD, NSW, and will be required to work closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships between clients, consultants, and external authorities
  • Lead and drive all vendor engagements and management
  • Development of all service line operations to ensure successful delivery of all services
  • Coordinate reactive transport and non-medical patient transfers within the account

Requirements:

  • Contract management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience in the delivery of fleet and transport management functions
  • Management of fleet processes and practices
  • Budget management and software experience, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
