Your role You are a highly motivated data professional looking to specialize in pipeline development, data modeling, and deployment automation. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision making at scale for our rapidly-growing business.

This role reports directly to our Data Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Connect various data systems, ensuring efficient data flow across the organization
  • Work with technical and business stakeholders to define, map, and model data and data flows
  • Implement quality controls to mature implementation of our architectural principles
  • Define and build quality checks and tests for new code and data assets

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in data engineering and analytics, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of data preparation, transformation, and modeling techniques
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, Spark, and DBT
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
