About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Coordinator to join our team at Catch Group. As a CRM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing trade plans across email, push, and SMS, and will be responsible for having a deep understanding of our customers' needs and performance across our owned channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the E-commerce and CRM teams to define promotional plans across email and push
  • Ensure a customer-led approach is adopted for all communication plans
  • Manage the CRM event calendar to ensure that session and GTV targets are met
  • Critical part of the process to ensure that all customer communications are executed to plan
  • Recommend most suitable channels to help maximise reach and effectiveness
  • Help test and QA campaigns
  • Work with campaign analysts to develop deep understanding of campaign performance at a customer level
  • Ensure that customer communications are driving key business objectives
  • Present back key campaign learnings to help inform future decision making
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a marketing/business-related discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience executing customer campaigns across direct communications channels in the retail industry is preferred
  • Experience in helping to deliver customer-led, personalised communications
  • Experience working in a CRM function with a strong knowledge of best CRM practices and compliance
  • High-level knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems (e.g. Responsys)
  • Ability to help execute complex customer campaigns across multiple channels
  • Constantly put themselves in the shoes of the customer
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate into clearly defined plans
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high level of motivation to achieve results efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
