About the Role


In this role, you will oversee the deployment and management of one-to-one customer journeys on the CRM platform.


Key responsibilities include conducting asset and customer journey testing, providing support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to track campaign progress.


Additionally, you will drive end-to-end implementation of CRM campaigns, ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer profiles, and develop clear asset briefs.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, and proven experience in CRM coordination and project management.


Certification or experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms is highly regarded, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
